- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of your Dolly depends on the details you provide us with. Our pricing model considers a number of factors, including: the items you’re moving, where you’re transporting the items to and from, the number of Helpers you need, and when your Dolly is booked. To get an accurate price for your Dolly, reach out to us directly and we'll quickly get you a guaranteed price quote - no catches or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you reach out us directly, we'll instruct you on how to get an accurate and guaranteed price quote. You’ll be prompted to tell us what you’re moving, where you’re moving it, and when you’d like it moved. After we receive those key details, you’ll get a guaranteed price and will have the option to book your Dolly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To create a Dolly account and book a Dolly, you'll need: - A phone that can receive text messages - An email address - A credit card, or an account with Apple Pay or PayPal Unfortunately, we are unable to provide our services if you do not have all three of these things.
