- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have yet to come up with any discounts however my prices include all work detailed, if any extra material is needed for the job that is not already covered by the customer it will then be included in the price. Also I usually give a satisfaction guarantee with work and will come back and update my work later for a much smaller fee. Anything goes wrong with my work I will come back for free within 90 days.

Asking a number of questions to see what they expect in working with me and what they want to happen, then explaining how I go about work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through a carpentry apprenticeship, I've taken vocational courses for facilities maintenance and home maintenance.
