I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Rufarro Remodeling. The workman was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He and Bob did some quick problem solving to install a sliding panel track that I didn’t have brackets for.
At first I was a little confused because I was contacted by several reps, from the company about the project. But end result was excellent!!

We were very happy with Jose, our handyman. He did excellent work on a small but tricky unfinished DIY baseboard installation project. He was on time and a conscientious worker. He was very respectful of our home environment. He cleaned up the work site after finishing the job. We are very pleased! Since then, we had a second job done--installation of a kitchen faucet and a bathroom faucet. That job also went well. Now it's mid-September 2025, and we're having Rufarro's in on September 15 to install three handrails on a staircase to our basement so my husband and I, both seniors, can safely climb up and down those stairs. I'm very pleased by the conscientiousness and hard work ethic I have seen in this company, which I continue to call them when we need help on these projects.

From start to finish, I was made to feel as a valued client. I was told the requirement to schedule an appointment, I complied. From then on, I was in contact with the company, especially West.
I probably talked to him every day about my project(window caulking and products). He always responded and was very patient and professional. Arturo was the workman he did my handy man work, he was on time, immediately went to work, and worked consistently until he was finished and had cleaned up his work area. He showed me what he had done, answered my questions and was very patient and polite with me. I mentioned patient, because as a senior citizen I appreciate people who take the time to accommodate a senior's concerns without becoming frustrated or annoyed. Both gentlemen made me feel like family. The price was affordable.

I was very pleased working with the Raffaro staff. Wes, Was very accommodating and very responsive and returning my calls. I would definitely work with them again the value of using a handyman Is awesome. The person sent to perform the work was very knowledgeable and efficient in getting work done. I look forward to work with the team in the future. I can only choose three categories in this review but they met all of My needs as far as professional , Value, Work quality, Responsiveness and Punctuality.

Remodeled all my floors and restructured my kitchen entirely, turned a window into a patio door, closed one window and opened another on the other side. This was a big project.Martiez is a great gentleman to deal with. He’s a man of his word and gets it done. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and precise. Great electric work.His two assistants Mario and Selvano are excellent and have golden hands, I love their work. This company is highly recommended. See before and after photos
