He was about an 1 & 1/2 late. I had to call him to see if he was coming or not. Due to his late arrival I was late for an appointment. The door is installed and working properly. He bought another gentleman with him. The door that I thought was going to fit didn't. They offered to go 5 minutes down the street to Home Depot to get a door. We said yes of course because we needed a door to the room. I was expecting to pay for the door so that was fine. Not once did he say that there was going to be a delivery charge or flat fee for the door. HE SAID NOTHING ABOUT EXTRA CHARGES UPFRONT only once the job was completed. I was thinking we have to pay for 2 hour anyway. Im thinking whatever needed to be done within those 2 hours would not be an extra charge. I was so wrong. He charged me $335. Not sure how to rate my experience.
