- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple. We have two options, you can utilize our Book Now projects and see pricing for common projects before you book. We also have hourly time blocks for $139 per hour to the nearest 15 minute. If you have a project that is larger (>$1,000) we can usually provide an Estimate with a video or photo.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fixer is a whole new handyman experience - Merging old fashioned values, friendly service and modern technology. You can book your Fixer here on Thumbtack or head to our website where you can see our scheduled and pick the exact day/time you need. Our friendly concierge will contact you immediately to confirm and answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Fixers are experts in a variety of areas including plumbing, electric, carpentry, drywall, painting, assembly, and installation. We always ask for feedback to make sure any Fixer is only providing top quality work.
