PROMPT, EFFICIENT, KIND and CREATIVE! Working with Little Helpers was overall a top experience. We LOVE our project and have already recommended them to our friends who inquired about our accent wall. Thanks!Oct 25, 2016Verified

Thank you so much, Salil! One of Brian's biggest talents is his eye for detail when performing an Art Installation project. I will show him your review; it will make his day! We will be honored to hear from you again in the future. All the best... Toni

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing structure is very simple: $40 an hour, per person. Most jobs require only 1 assembler or art installer for $45 an hour, per person. Some orders may call for 2 or 3 people depending on the size of the order or item. We have a 2 hour minimum per visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We establish a positive rapport with our customers. We suggest they send us the exact name and item number of the product so we may provide an accurate quote. We have most likely built the items in question, previously. Once we prepare an attractive proposal, and the customer accepts, we arrive on time, work with efficacy, typically finishing on the lower range of our estimate. We always offer a cost range in order to manage client expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In addition to my extensive background in furniture assembly, which I share with my staff (we have built more than 10K pieces of furniture), we keep up to date when IKEA and other vendors make design changes which effect how furniture is assembled. We keep current by watching various assembly videos, noting trends, and keep up to date with state-of-the-art tools.
