- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we charge a service fee of $100 to come look at a job. we give the price on site and take care of it the same day whenever possible. Mention coupon SAMEDAY to have your service fee applied toward same day work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the early years I was entirely self-taught. I observed, read and researched (and read some more). Now I consider my years of experience to be my most valuable resource, though I never stop reading and learning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was hired at a young age to manage five properties for a growing school. The success and enjoyment I derived from it, propelled me to start my own business several years later.
