Thank you Mr. Mickiel for your review. However there seems to be some discrepancies in your review. Our records shows that on 4/12/26 we had a 10am appointment to remove and replace a single floor tile. You were notified from your first initial point of contact that we have a two hour meeting at two hundred dollars ($200). You agreed to our price and schedule the work. On the day of your appointment you were 30 minutes late for the appointment to let our technician begin working, you also did not have materials on hand as we had discussed which you had to go to purchase at the store which cut into the technicians work time. You also wanted a door threshold strip installed in your bedroom which we were happy to install. In total our technician was at your home for a total of three and a half hours (3.5). You can have whatever it is you want done but there’s a cost to it. Now we also have documentation showing what was agreed upon let us know what part of our agreement did we not fulfill.
