- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to do my work quickly and efficiently, but I always make concessions, so I can give a discount. Regular customers definitely get a discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the client, finding out all their wishes, and making clarifications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a carpenter's education, but I can work with a welding machine, paint walls, repair plumbing and electricity, and much more. I'm a good student!
