- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the client should know that we can always find a common compromise on the cost of services, and once we have discussed the cost of work, the price in 99% of cases will not be changed upwards, it can only change if the client asks for additional work during the work, so I am always happy to help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the task, I estimate the cost, agree on the details, do the work, the client checks and pays.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my studies at university with a degree in «Home Master,» which provided me with a solid theoretical foundation and practical knowledge in this field. Additionally, I attended several specialized workshops that allowed me to develop skills in [electrical work, plumbing, replacing and installing outlets, hanging lamps, cleaning air systems, repairing and replacing faucets, sinks, and all other tasks that require maintenance and replacement in apartments and private homes].
