I had scoped a fence repair project with Rivera. I asked for 5 poles to be replaced. After three visits 2 were replaced. The work he did was good. He let me know he was too busy to complete the rest of the work after I texted him weeks later after he did not show up to complete the others. Good work on what he did but disappointed he didn’t complete the work and offered no alternatives on times or dates to complete. Just said he was too busy. Hope this doesn’t happen to you.
