- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by ensuring I clearly understand the client's needs and expectations. Photos, measurements, videos, and product links are very helpful when evaluating a project. When necessary, I schedule a site visit to personally inspect conditions and determine the appropriate scope of work. Once I start a project, the quality of the final result is my priority. I do not believe in rushing a job just to finish quickly, get paid, and move on to the next project. I take the time needed to complete every step correctly, including preparation, installation, repairs, necessary drying or curing times, and finishing. I treat the client's property and belongings with the same care I would give my own. My goal is to complete the project as efficiently as possible without sacrificing quality, ensuring the work is done correctly and the final result meets the client's needs and expectations.
