When we purchased our home a few years ago, we did a lot of work to make it livable.

The one thing we could not tackle on our own was removing these 3 sliding doors that all lead to our courtyard.

Moving ahead 3 years, we could not deal with our house being so cold in the winter. So we hired Zenth to do this job.

Carlos and his team removed one window at a time and reframed that opening, installed the correct window or door, and then moved on to the next.

Carlos was very cognizant of the fact that we were living in the house during this process.

We will use Zenth again!

Zenith Innovations, Carlos, and his team, did a wonderful job updating my bathroom. From ceiling exhaust fans, to plastering and painting, wallpapering and plumbing, I was so impressed by their professional abilities to handle it all. Not a problem was left. Every situation was handled with a solution.
I was so impressed with Luis, along with Santiago, the hard work, long hours and quality work. They worked till the job was done.

I am so grateful to have Carlos and his guys!!! My deck (built in 90s) was wrongly designed to have the framing board tightly nailed to the cedar siding which led the rain water accumulated there. The rotted wood attracted ants to nest there for years. I deeply appreciate that Carlos allowed us a few days to repair it before continuing his job, and he helped with some part of siding too.
Since we took this project as an art of work, we prioritize quality over speed, so agreed to take responsibility if not finish on schedule. Overall, the reasonable discussion is the most important factor to have both sides happy.
