i was extremely happy with the job Vintage Flooring did. they were great at explaining the process and breaking down each cost affiliated with the project. additionally, they were very approachable and down to earth, which is greatly appreciated when it comes to bringing a bunch of strangers into your home. the project was executed quickly and i'm very happy with the quality. i'd absolutely hire them again.

Very happy with the sanding, staining, and Swedish Finish on our oak floors. The flush mount floor vents were also a great improvement over metal vents. Francisco, Miguel, and Mauricio did a great job.

They did a wonderful job with our old floors. They were reliable and communicative. There were some weird bits though. A lot of communication about if we can make the unit cooler or warmer depending on outside temperature. We just got the condo and it had no central air, so that is unfortunately out of our control. Due to the nature of working on vintage homes, was a little confused on that being unexpected. On a final walkthrough there were 4 areas that were cracking a bit and since we paid them so much we were hoping to get those final areas addressed. We were told it was not a problem and on good faith paid the rest of the deposit. I guess we should have withheld some because communication has been very poor since. Waited all one day they were supposed to come and never did. Followed up multiple days and never a concrete answer or reply. At this point it is what it is and overall happy with the work, but the ending made me consider using someone else in the future. All I would say is if, there are final things to address withheld some of final deposit until it is actually addressed.

I come out to their house for a free estimate. show them samples, go over process and tell them more about us. I always give a price at time of estimate
