A 200-hour registered yoga instructor, I will lead you through a Baptiste-style vinyasa flow 60- or 75-minute class.
I can come to you, or you to me; I am located on the north side of Chicago. I regularly lead a group class on Tuesday mornings at 6.15 a.m. in Sauganash that you are welcome to join. Otherwise, privates are a great way to get started learning how to expand, channel, and connect to breath as you move through the physical asana postures.
