    I usually do group sessions with the Spartan workout, but if people want to train one on one that's even better for me because I can concentrate more on how that person is doing.

    Make sure you get someone with high motivation and dedication to not give up on you. Someone who will take you out of your comfort zone and create a new workout plan that will push you beyond your limits.
