I had an excellent experience with Greg and Blue Dot. They ran Ethernet from inside my house out to my garage and installed an additional wireless mesh AP to help provide better coverage to my yard. They also installed a ring camera that I was now able to have since my coverage could support it. They gave a reasonable price, didn’t try to add on any additional costs and adapted to situations as they arose. Highly recommend.

We had issues with our wifi. CJ came over to our home and tested our network. We were pulling 850 mbps hard wired but only 200 mbps wireless. He determined that our equipment needed to be replaced. He gave me a brand to buy that would solve our issue. CJ is very knowledgeable and great at explaining the problem so that you can understand what's wrong. I would absolutely hire CJ again. Mike

It’s hard to put into the words the challenges I was having with my internet in my home. The vendors I was using would continue to point the finger and one another. I’m so grateful I found Blue Dot. After submitting a request on Thumbtack to help run some Ethernet cables, they followed up within the hour, and we’re on site the next day. Greg came through took a look at the job and was able to complete immediately. Here’s where it’s gets wonky. For some reason my Eero wasn’t communicating with my Network switch. I sent CJ and Greg a text asking for any advice, mind you my request was outside the original scope of work. These guys helped troubleshoot and stick with me the entire time. They helped raise my case with Eero and were able to get this resolved. Every other company would just tell me to call someone else. These guys helped broker the call and made sure to stick with me until it was complete. I’m thrilled I found these guys and can’t recommend them enough. These guys are worth it. Thanks again fellas!
