Had a home inspection with Chuck, the entire process went smoothly. He was early and was very detail oriented and took good quality pictures of the home. His inspection report was very easy to read, and he noted any unusual findings both big and small. He was very accommodating, and was able to get me my inspection report quickly on short notice for a small fee. I couldn’t have asked for a better inspector, I definitely recommend booking with him.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I do very competitive pricing based on multiple factors (size being the main factor). One thing that quite often causes confusion is the square footage of the house. Quite often the basement is not listed in the square footage of the home especially if it is not finished or does not have a second means of egress. The basement square footage needs to be included in the square footage of the home either way for the inspection. So, sometimes the estimate for the inspection is based on more than the listed square footage.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After getting to know the client and the property to be inspected I go over the steps that I take during the inspection process including the report.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Degreed engineer with 20 yrs experience and a state licensed home inspector.
