Paul was quick to respond and quick to deliver results! He was extremely thorough for our homeinspection, covering areas and aspects that we would never have considered. His detailed report was written in a way that I could readily understand (I didn’t have to unpack construction-/contractor jargon once). His turnaround time for sending the completed report once the inspection was finished was also extremely quick.
Details: Buying, selling, or leasing property • 1,501 - 2,000 sq ft • 3 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Basement • Attic • Crawl space • Chimney • House • Buyer under contract

Paul was very responsive and accommodating with the timing and scheduling of the inspection. He was thorough and careful, taking the time to assess the appliances and other areas of the property while providing helpful input and recommendations regarding his findings. The entire process was smooth and professional, and he delivered the inspection report the same day. I really appreciated his prompt communication and attention to detail.
