Alex was an utmost professional and a pleasure to work with. Our realtor commented that she really was impressed with the detailed report we were given. Alex made us feel comfortable every step of the way and we were able to add the radon testing to our inspection, this was very convenient. Thank you Alex, you did a fantastic job!

Had an inspection done with Alex and RHS in mid-April. He was so thorough that I was able to use his inspection and negotiate more credits to me. Would work with him again in a heartbeat. Love my new home and love that I was prepared for some needed items!

Alex, thorough examination and detailed report have given me valuable insights into the condition of the property. The inspection was conducted in a systematic manner, covering all critical areas of the home, including the structural components, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC. Alex attention to detail and the comprehensive nature of the inspection process were particularly noteworthy.
The use of photographs to highlight areas of concern was especially helpful in visualizing the issues that were discussed.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received.

RHS was super quick and professional doing my homeinspection. Not only did I get a thorough inspection, but the report that followed was detailed and helpful far beyond the question of whether to buy the house. He even used a drone to provide visuals of the roof! I asked him for an estimate of the cost of one recommended repair, and he said $3-$4,000. Actual estimate: $3800. Highly recommend.
