We originally recommended a specific time to avoid traffic delays, which unfortunately did occur—but even then, you kindly asked our team not to rush and to drive safely, which they did. The cleaning you booked was a deep clean—not full maid service—and the home had not been professionally cleaned in some time. Our team followed your instructions, worked hard, and completed what was requested, including changing the bedsheets. While some minor items may have been missed, we immediately offered to return at no charge under our satisfaction guarantee. Instead, you requested a discount toward your next visit, and we applied that $20 credit accordingly. Regarding the pricing difference, there was a miscommunication. You initially requested bi-weekly service, then later scheduled a one-time cleaning for a month later. Had we clarified this together beforehand, it could have avoided the confusion entirely. The additional $20 was not added to “cancel out” your credit—it’s simply the standard difference between recurring and one-time pricing.
