Carlene's Hands on Cleaning was excellent! I expected her here by 10am, she arrived 15 minutes early. She had the necessary tools to clean my house to my satisfaction. She was courteous and got the job done!

Carlene did a marvelous job of cleaning our apartment. We just moved to a new place and the property company hadn't done a thorough job of cleaning. Carlene was so accommodating, she arrived early before I had left for work to meet me. When I came home, the floors were gleaming, everything was put in its place, and it smelled amazing! She went above and beyond. Carlene is a sweet person and we will definitely be hiring her regularly!

Carlene did an excellent job of cleaning my basement after renovation. There was dust everywhere and she cleaned the walls and floors. She even used a wet vacuum on the dusty brick walls and made them look new again. I would definitely hire her again. She is professional and pays attention to detail.
