Alisa had a huge job to do today. My house was a mess. She arrived right on time and was very responsive with her communication before arriving and while on her way. The price was very fair! I see other negative feedback and I can’t imagine why. Alisa was very efficient, thorough and my house looks great. I stressed to her how important this was because I have to get realtor pictures done tomorrow to list my house for sale. I will use Alisa for every job I have in the future. She is amazing!

Luba and Alisa cleaned well but missed a few things like the kitchen countertops and the wood floors were way too wet. They dried them with my towels when I asked them to.

Cheerful, responsive, and timely. Did not do a good job. Unit was empty, freshly painted, and carpets had been professionally cleaned. The only thing that required cleaning was the stove, refrigerator, bathroom, and windows in a non-smoking apartment. Alisa claimed she could only clean the interior of the windows because she did not know how to open them to clean the exterior. She disposed of supplies, ( light bulbs, plumbing parts, etc,) that was on the kitchen counter. She also disposed of the bathroom exhaust fan cover and didn’t even clean the fixture. I had to buy a replacement cover. Did not clean cabinets except for underneath the small vanity and that was because I pointed it out to her. She charged more than the quoted price claiming she did “deep cleaning”. She denied disposing of items and when asked to clean the fan has become non responsive. This is the first and last time I will use Thumbtack if this is not corrected.
