River Creek properties was a great experience and I would highly recommend on the basis of 1) great customer service, 2) prompt service, and 3) great cleaning. River Creek really values the customer and I could tell the moment I spoke with Chasity, the owner. The evening before the cleaning, I spoke with her in order to determine exactly what service I needed. I knew nothing about cleaning services prior to speaking with her. She gave me an overview of all the services and told me which options were appropriate given certain needs. Her great customer service continued on the day of cleaning, when she gave me key updates throughout the cleaning process. The fluid line of communication always made me feel in control of what was happening. The second thing I really liked about River Creek Properties was its promptness. I made initial contact Saturday Aug 29 night and on Sunday Aug 30th they were on the premises of my apartment. Service on demand is something I value, and I think many others value as wellespecially during move out time. Finally, River Creek cleaned my place very thoroughly. I highlighted the areas that needed extra attention and they took care of those. They also threw out small miscellaneous items I had. I was very impressed with the appearance of my apartment when I arrived to see it. The one thing I would recommend for River Creek to do differently is to incorporate an online payment solution so that cash or paypal payments can be avoided all together.

This is a new company with an owner and one employee that I met who cleaned the house. As a new company they were trying to build a client base. Unfortunately, they were not properly prepared with pricing and tried to raise prices a few weeks after the agreed upon price. The house was in need of cleaning and and had many collectibles on shelves, ceiling fans and some electronics in the office area. The cleaning of these areas was spelled out and the employee was more than willing to take suggestions and direction but I felt that simple things, like picture frames and the printer surface and the ceiling fans should have been done without being directed. As they were new I was willing to work with them and let them get settled in. Unfortunately, the girl that cleaned my home spent less and less time with each visit. Then the owner sent me an Email letting me know they were, based on average hours, going to almost quadruple the rate, citing cost of supplies and profit. These are things that should have been thought out before offering any services, let alone settling on a price for this job. It was for two days a week, up to four hours a day with no termination date in sight so it was a steady source of income. These folks are excited about the business and eager to get the job but you must set expectations, including pricing and the time they will spend at your house, up ahead of time and make sure you know exactly what they are willing to do.

We don't have a complicated system for our services. Initially going through our website we price off the square footage of your home. However, being a new company who's looking to build their cliental we are offering discounts, and up to 50% off. We are excited in our venture to obtain new clients!!!
