Our Typical Process for Working with a New Customer: Initial Contact: We start by discussing your cleaning needs — the size of the space, type of service (standard, deep, move-in/out), and any specific requests. Quote & Scheduling: Based on the details you provide, we give you a free quote and help schedule a convenient date and time for the cleaning. First Visit: Our trained cleaning team arrives on time with all necessary supplies and follows a detailed checklist to ensure high-quality results. Feedback & Follow-up: After the service, we welcome your feedback and are happy to make adjustments if needed. We can also discuss setting up recurring appointments if you're interested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have hands-on experience and have received proper training related to cleaning services. We train our staff in efficient cleaning techniques, the safe use of cleaning products, as well as hygiene and safety standards.
