What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price does not include washing dishes. Prices range depending on location, the size of your home, and how long it would take. First-time cleanings are generally more expensive because the first cleaning always takes longer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd love to chat with a customer over the phone, ask what exactly is it that they are looking for. I like to ask if they have preferences on how they want some things cleaned. For instance, I've had customers telling me to only use dish soap and water on their stainless appliances, they wanted no stainless steel cleaner. If they have a preference as to how they want their organizing to be done. I like to listen and take notes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I feel that having been in the business since the age of 17 speaks for itself.
