- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is completely transparent — no hidden fees. The final cost depends on the size of the property, the type of cleaning, and any additional services requested (like deep cleaning, oven or fridge cleaning, etc.). We offer discounts for regular clients and special rates for first-time customers. Estimates are always free and provided upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your cleaning needs — type of property, preferred schedule, and any special requests. Next, we provide a detailed quote and confirm the appointment time. On the cleaning day, our team arrives fully equipped and ready to work. After the job, we do a quick quality check and make sure you’re completely satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our cleaners are professionally trained in residential and commercial cleaning standards, including the safe use of cleaning products and surface-specific care. We also provide ongoing internal training on hygiene protocols and customer service.
