- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our West Loop and Fulton Market clients, we often help with apartments, condos, move-in/move-out cleanings, and detailed deep cleaning. We begin by asking about the property type, number of rooms and bathrooms, current condition, timing, and any areas that need special attention. After that, we provide a personalized quote and schedule a cleaning time that works best for the client. Before the appointment, we confirm the details so the service runs smoothly. Our team arrives prepared with professional-grade supplies and equipment, and after the cleaning, we follow up to make sure the results meet expectations.
