We were moving in to a house that was not so clean… the Jimenez Cleaning group came and did a great job making sure everything was spotless! They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms and were able to get everything in order. Would recommend

I knew I was asking a lot when they arrived at my home. It was going to be a lot of vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning packages that are purchased in blocks of 4. We also offer one-time cleaning services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We carefully listen to our customers and make sure we customize regular cleanings upon customer’s requests, and get to know as many details about your home as possible. For example: Asking about preferences (what needs to be done, the way of floor cleaning, bathroom cleaning etc.) If there are any pets at home we ask their name, behavior and specific treatment preferences so we make sure that we are careful with your pets.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a mom with two young children and a clean home.
