They came out and even though their initial charge was $140, they ended up charging $180. When they first walked in I told them that I needed the downstairs cleaned and the upstairs I only needed they hallway flooring and the bathrooms. When they were done with downstairs they started to leave and then asked them to do the upstairs. They scrambled through it in less than 20 minutes and it was very surface-level cleaning with a lot of missed areas. Never using them again considering you can get much better work for way less. Dear Hadeel K. (3 teachs 2hours and 45 minutes each one for deep cleaning,$180) we thank you for reviewing our company. We are sorry that our service did not satisfy you in both price and quality ways. An estimate, however, is not a fixed price. It is an approximation of a cost for a cleaning, and varies based on a complexity of a job required to perform that cleaning. Your place in particular involved an excessive amount of organization work which essentially is not a type of work performed by a 3 cleaning lady, as well as it is time-consuming. Such activities reasonably and openly are labeled as “extra” by our company and charged an additional amount. Furthermore, the lady that worked at your place is trained to be a professional cleaner - not an organizer. Despite your approval and satisfaction of our worker after the first four cleanings, we are deeply sorry that eventually we were not able to provide you with services that you expected. However, we would like to mention that we are a cleaning service and out main priority is to effectively tidy a place at the most efficient timing; yet we never did and do not perform organization of personal belongings of our clients.
The quote was never discussed, nor was the way the pricing was structured. No one picked up my calls to confirm whether or not the maids were at the unit and I didn’t get a call back either when they finished. The price was quoted as 125 but suddenly jumped to $325 after the cleaning since “there was a lot of trash” even though it was all bagged up. Move out cleaning often have trash removal, and I even warned them about this prior to the cleaning. The house was cleaned well but I felt like I got scammed. Dear Aliya, in the beginning we explained you that price may be change depending of the ynit condition teambof 4 ladies expend 4 hours each they have to take trash and some furniture out and this is not parr of the cleaning job is not included in cleaning and beside this they did extremely deep cleaning the apartment was dirty, my apologies but we are more than happy for the job done by ALEJANDRA 'S team the apartment at the end looks nice,fresh and cleam and one more thing you didn't paid $350 total was $250 for 16 hours cleaning, GOD MAY BLESSED YOU!
She doesn't need anything to be said for cleaning. She knows her business well. We have been having another housecleaning service with many cleaners coming. She is far better than any of those. Great attitude, works from her heart, good customer service manners and excellent job cleaning the house. She is reliable. For example: Asking about preferences (what needs to be done, the way of floor cleaning, bathroom cleaning etc.) If there are any pets at home we ask their name, behavior and specific treatment preferences so we make sure that we are careful with your pets.
