kristi called the day before to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. unfortunately my house is a total wreck after 800 got junk removed My 2nd bedroom furishing and mattress so the room was not ready to have her come in to clean. I wasn't aware of this and the occupant was to sort through the rubbish. we rescheduled for the the next week. yet I had to cancel nothing is up to par for her to attend to. Kristi is a great communicator as well as friendly and eager to start. she answered every message text quickly and precise. I am looking to have her provide services soon. once I get the flooring replaced and extra rubbish hauled away! she has been flexible IL with my schedule. once actual work is performed I will submit another review.
