- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 3 hour minimum for all cleanings. After the first cleaning, I can assess your assignment to offer discounts as they apply. Rate for Loop is $150 for initial cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can call me directly to ask questions, with a free 30 minute consultation. Where we discuss everything from children, pets, allergies, supplies, and any pertinent information that needs to be shared. If everything sounds good, we proceed with booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 35+ years starting with Service Master in 1987.
