Our pricing is transparent and competitive — we charge flat rates based on the size of your home and the type of service you need. We offer first-time customer discounts, recurring service discounts, and never surprise you with hidden fees. We also don’t process payment until 24 hours after your cleaning, so you can be sure you're satisfied before being charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep things simple and stress-free: You tell us about your space and needs (online or over the phone). We provide a clear, upfront quote with no pressure. Once booked, a vetted and experienced cleaner shows up on time and ready to go. After the cleaning, you have 24 hours to review before we process payment. We also offer easy online booking, reminders, and fast support in case you ever need anything.

Every cleaner on our team is thoroughly vetted, background checked, and trained to follow industry best practices in residential and vacation rental cleaning. Our systems ensure consistent quality — whether it’s your first clean or your fiftieth.
