- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the size of the home and level of cleaning. We do also take into account the general level of cleaning needed, so it is always best to get in contact with one of our team members directly! We offer transparent estimates before every service, and there are no hidden fees. Discounts are available for recurring cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a quick conversation to understand their home and cleaning needs. Next, we provide an quote and schedule the appointment to your liking. We will send a reminder 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment. On the day of service, our team arrives on time, walks through the home to ensure both parties are on the same page, and completes the clean to their preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in proper cleaning techniques, product safety, sanitation standards, and home care best practices. We also complete ongoing training to stay consistent and detail-oriented.
