Oksana was terrific! Her attention to detail, diligence, and hard work left my home sparkling. Initial communication was excellent, pricing fair, and the reminders the day before were really helpful for a hectic schedule. There was a minor confusion about start time but MILA and team were responsive and kept me updated, which was greatly appreciated. This service was for a deep clean, but I will be looking forward to biweekly cleanings going forward.

Had a great experience for my first cleaning. I was looking for a monthly cleaner and she hit all the marks. My previous cleaners never vacuumed the couch and it always bothered me. The first thing she did was clean my couch. Very efficient for 1 person and super thorough. My person didn’t speak English very well, but she has a translation app so we can easily communicate. I’ve used her now for a 2nd cleaning and will continue! Highly recommend!

Because we reserve a time specifically for you, please make any schedule changes before 12 p.m. the day before service to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding.
Right to Refuse Service:
We have the choice to leave upon arrival if the home is in extreme condition or feel unsafe/threatened. We may refuse service on the spot and you will be charged the cancellation fee $50.

We carefully listen to our customers and make sure we customize regular cleanings upon customer’s requests, and get to know as many details about your home as possible.
