Our pricing is fully transparent and based on the size and condition of the home, as well as the type of cleaning requested. There are no hidden fees. 💰 Discounts: • First-time customers receive a special introductory discount • We offer recurring cleaning discounts (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) • Additional savings are available for seniors and military families 🧾 Additional charges (only if applicable): • Deep cleaning for heavily soiled areas • Inside appliances, inside cabinets, inside fridge/freezer • Pet-related heavy hair removal Before we confirm the service, we always provide the customer with a clear quote so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we always follow a clear and simple process to make everything comfortable and stress-free: 1️⃣ Quick conversation — We talk about the home size, areas of focus, and cleaning needs. 2️⃣ Transparent pricing — we provide a clear estimate based on the information, with no hidden fees. 3️⃣ Scheduling — We pick a date and time that works best. 4️⃣ Cleaning day — we arrive on time with all supplies and equipment, review priorities, and get to work. 5️⃣ Walk-through — Once finished, we review the home together to make sure everything meets expectations. 6️⃣ Follow-up — We check in after the service to make sure the customer is happy and to set up recurring cleanings if desired. Our goal from day one is to build trust, deliver high-quality work, and make every cleaning a great experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on training and professional experience in residential and commercial cleaning.
