Karen arrived on time and got straight to work. The price increased a bit due to extra organizing, but as a single parent who really needed the help, I didn’t mind at all. She was patient, hardworking, and made the whole process easier for me. She speaks Spanish, and using a translation app on my phone worked perfectly for us.
