- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for our services are formed depending on the following factors: Number of rooms and bathrooms, complexity of work. Specifics of the task (general cleaning, cleaning after renovation, etc.) We offer great discounts for our regular customers. Some specific types of work require additional payment: Washing windows from the inside, cleaning the refrigerator inside We can send you what is included in the standard package of services to avoid misunderstandings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We accept the client's application via the website. We specify the type of cleaning, number of rooms, special requests and convenient time for services. After the proposal is approved, we agree on the cleaning date with the client, select employees and the necessary equipment.At the appointed time, our cleaners arrive at the site and perform cleaning in accordance with the approved plan. We guarantee high quality and compliance with all agreements.
