- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our pricing depends on the size and condition of the space. We aim to offer fair pricing, and discounts are available for recurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we ask a few questions about the type of service, size of the space, and preferred schedule. We then find a time that works for both of us and confirm the appointment a day before. We send a cleaning contract that includes the estimate, scope of work, and contact information. After the cleaning, both parties sign to confirm the service was completed and payment was received.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in residential, commercial, deep cleaning, move-in/out, post-construction, and basic cleaning. Over time, we’ve developed effective methods, learned the right products for different surfaces, and built a system that ensures consistent, high-quality results on every job.
