FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of your space, the type of cleaning needed, and the frequency of service. We offer hourly, flat-rate, and per-square-foot pricing depending on the job type and customer preference. First-time deep cleans are typically priced higher than recurring visits since the initial clean requires more time and effort. Recurring clients receive discounted rates — they provide us with predictable scheduling and we pass those savings on to them. There are no hidden fees: supplies, equipment, and travel within our service area are included. Add-on services like oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, or window washing are available at a transparent extra charge listed on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone or online consultation to understand your needs — space size, cleaning priorities, pets, allergies, and preferred schedule. We’re happy to schedule a free estimate at your convenience, as we can’t guarantee accuracy over the phone without seeing the space. From there, we send a written quote with a clear breakdown of services. On the first visit, our team does a walkthrough before starting to make sure nothing is missed. If something was missed, clients can notify us within 24 hours and we’ll return at no charge to correct it. After that, we set up a recurring schedule that fits your lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners are thoroughly trained in our in-house training program on the latest cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and product usage. Our team members are also trained on the proper handling of chemicals, surface-specific cleaning methods (hardwood, stone, stainless steel), and OSHA safety standards. For commercial clients, we provide additional training on compliance with health and sanitation regulations. We conduct thorough background checks on all staff and ongoing supervision to ensure quality and security in every home or facility we serve. Several of our senior cleaners hold certifications from the ISSA (Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association).
