Too bad they only let you choose 3 out of 5 from the previous menu. I would’ve chosen all 5. As a small business owner of a Restoration service company who deals with not only property cleaning and restoration but also many subs. After 23 years I think it’s safe to say I know a solid operation when I see one and Pure is as solid as they come but Let’s address the elephant in the room, I saw a negative review about "machines catching fire" and "pressure for tips and so on and was a bit taken back However, I read the owner’s response and thankfully I decided to trust my gut and I am thrilled I did. Now that I’ve actually hired Pure, I have to ask—what planet was that person living on? Here is the reality based on my experience. 1. Professionalism: The team was efficient and took extreme care with my home, contents and appliances (no fires here, folks!) 2. Communication: Responses were almost instant. If there was a question, they asked. No guessing games. 3. Integrity: I was never pressured for a tip. Not once. 4. The Clean: With two American Akitas and two cats, my house is a fur factory. Throw in our wonderful Chicago weather and you get the salt, mud, etc. Pure handled it effortlessly. In the home service industry, mistakes happen all the time, it sucks but it’s just part of the reality, how a company responds to them defines their character. It is a shame that people can use reviews to damage a hard-working local business over nonsense but I’m here to say that contrary to what you might read from keyboard warriors If you want your house cleaned right, at a price that is beyond fair, Do yourself a favor: ignore the "1-star crazy" and hire Pure. They turned my skepticism into loyalty in one visit!
