- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the first times the price is for a deep cleaning, since the place wasn't clean for more than 2 weeks. After the first time a standard price may apply. Discount is offered for each time you refer to a new client. Extra fees depend on cleaning after a special occasion u other circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a call of quick introduction then I ask a simple questionnaire about the cleaning needs. If necessary we go to the place to provide a more precise quote then we schedule an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have learned our skills by jobs we have done before on different places like hotels, restaurants, banquet halls and actually practicing on daily basis at our own home, we try to update ourselves on learning how to clean with new products on the market or new appliances.
