Update: Great customer service - The manager reached out and was very apologetic about the whole experience and offered a reclean of the unit or a partial refund. Since it was a move out cleaning, there wasn't anyway to reclean the apartment again. Overall the company makes sure the client is satisfied or atleast compensated for the inadequacies. They took 2.5hrs to clean my one bed one bath, and the bath tub literally untouched at the end of it. The kitchen counters were not even wiped down let alone cleaned, there was coffee powder lingering on the surface. It was a move out cleaning and I had to call them back to finish the job. It took about ten minutes for her to clean everything in a hurry when she came back. I couldn't ask for much since I had to hand over the apartment to the landlord. But definitely will not be using them again.

Update: the owner actively communicated and apologized for my unpleasant experience, also offered a makeup clean service, however I have moved in and no longer need the service. Refund is received. “The 3 cleaners came for the deep clean, spent 3 hours mainly focusing on dust and windows on an empty house before I move in. The kitchen and bathroom were only gently touched, and lots of area are still greasy and dirty. They charge by hours for the first time, it doesn’t worth it. I won’t use them again.”
