- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size and condition of the home, as well as any add-on services the customer selects. We offer flat rates for standard cleanings and hourly rates for deep and move-in/move-out cleanings. Add-ons such as fridge, oven, laundry, or interior windows are priced separately. There is a 3-hour minimum for one-time cleanings. Recurring customers receive special discounted rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by asking a few simple questions about the home and the type of cleaning needed. Then we provide an estimate based on the customer’s details. We confirm the date, time, and address, and make sure we understand all preferences such as products, pets, or any priorities in the home. On the cleaning day, we walk through the space if needed, complete the job with high attention to detail, and check in afterward to ensure full satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several years of hands-on experience in residential cleaning, organization, and home maintenance. We continuously improve our techniques by working with different home types and learning new cleaning methods. Our focus is on efficiency, safety, and consistently high-quality results.
