It’s a shame I have to give one star because zero is more accurate. Hired for a move out cleaning. 750 sq ft, all hardwood floors, tiny bathroom. Bid was 50 more than 2 others that came in 15 min later. The walls, floor boards, and vents weren’t even touched. Not like they weren’t cleaned well, not even touched. They basically wiped down the counter tops and poorly used my Swifter on the floors; that’s it. I just spent 4 hours of the Saturday I’m supposed to be moving in to my new place literally re-cleaning the entire apartment.
Do yourself a favor any hire anyone else.
Details: 1 bedroom • 1 bathroom • Move out cleaning • No pets in home • Just once
