Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We offer clear, upfront rates with no hidden fees. Discounts are available for recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), as well as for first-time customers and referrals. Additional charges may apply for extra services like deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, or post-construction cleanup, but everything is always discussed in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is simple and stress-free. First, we discuss the customer’s needs—either by phone, message, or online form. Then we provide a quote based on the type and size of the space and the services requested. Once approved, we schedule a convenient time for the cleaning. On the day of service, our team arrives fully equipped and ready to work. After the job is done, we check in to make sure the client is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in residential and commercial cleaning standards. We have completed training in safe and effective cleaning techniques, including the proper use of eco-friendly products and equipment. Our staff also undergo ongoing training to stay updated on the best practices in hygiene, sanitization, and customer service. Some team members have certifications in deep cleaning and post-construction cleanup.
