- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't usually have complicated pricing. I follow a flat-rate pricing guide that stays competitive in the industry. This allows me to charge one price and not bill hourly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always stay up to date on the latest in the HVAC industry. I take classes and read a lot of publications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was able to have a mentor out of highschool. This person had his own company and would show me how to fix and install heating and cooling equipment. I began to appreciate the industry.
