In the process of selling a building, but detected a small leak and had it resolved. Then the task was to locate someone to repair the ceiling drywall ASAP, as I had to cease showings until Saturday. Sent a quick Thumbtack urgent request, and Armando was ringing my cell within minutes. Told him my issue, I sent him a video and the next morning at 7am he was at the property. He had to run to two other projects while my ceiling was drying with his dryers. 💪🏾 He kept me in the loop every step of the way and returned promptly. He is extremely professional, punctual, communicates effectively and executes an impeccable job!!!! He is all business, I love this...A contractor who gets right to work without all the excessive talking and standing around aimlessly. 😊 The ceiling is absolutely perfect, he did an excellent job indeed! He did a terrific job of cleaning up after himself. I definitely locked him in me cell as a contact for future projects or referrals to other homeowners. Thanx Armando! The 1st pic is the final result while still drying, but afterwards you could see nothing but a beautiful ceiling! I had a video to show the work, but could only upload pics.
