They set an appointment time. Didn't show up and no call. Over an hour later they texted they were here. For a company with 3 employees, 4 were milling around outside and I had to yell at them to come in. They looked at the job. Gave an estimate without materials but said they would get materials. I asked for a written estimate (materials not an issue). They have disappeared. No response to calls or text. Unreliable at this point I sure wouldn't expect reliability on the work.
