They did a GREAT job with the actual work. Mike from the subcontracted company (I forget who it was) did a fantastic job with my whole lawn, front and back. I learned how landscaping differs from lawn care and will be able to narrow that better next time. I only wish I'd been made aware that they subcontract to other companies. I'd also have liked to have them contact me to give me a time window rather than leaving me hanging without a firm confirmation. Outside of those two things, it was excellent service.

Back in May, I booked lawn care through HomeGnome. While there were initial issues with the service, HomeGnome did work with me to resolve everything to my satisfaction. They followed through, addressed my concerns, and repairs were completed. I appreciate the effort to make things right and am updating my rating to reflect the positive resolution.

I was quoted $70 for the lawn.. they came out a day later than was scheduled. The workers stayed for 15 mins and left and shortly after I got a quote for $311. The dramatic price difference has caused a halt in my lawn care and as a result of all the rain the grass is even more out of control.
